Rewo Store ("we," "us," or "our") provides a platform ("Services") accessible via our website www.rewostore.com and our mobile applications for Buyers, Suppliers, and Transporters (collectively, "Users"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information.

GST number

Worksite locations and descriptions

Order history and preferences

Subscription status

Payment status (subscription payments only)

GST and registration documents

Bank account details for payouts

Materials offered

Order and earnings records

1.3 Transporter Information

Driver and owner contact details

Vehicle details (number, make, model, capacity)

Vehicle documents (RC, insurance, license, photos)

For worksite creation by Buyers

For delivery tracking by Transporters

Display relevant Suppliers, Transporters, and products

Facilitate order placement, acceptance, and tracking

Share worksite locations with Suppliers and Transporters for order fulfillment

Manage subscription and commission payments

Note: Rewo Store does not process order-related payments between Buyers, Suppliers, and Transporters. These are handled externally or manually.

3. How We Share Information

We only share information as needed to operate our platform:

With other Users:

Buyers’ worksite locations are shared with assigned Suppliers and Transporters

Suppliers’ pickup locations are shared with assigned Transporters

With Admins (for management and support)

With service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics, payment gateways)

When required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Subscriptions and Commissions

Buyers:

1-month free trial to place orders

Monthly subscription required after the trial

Suppliers:

1% of monthly earnings is charged as a subscription commission

Transporters:

5% of weekly earnings is charged as a commission

Buyer subscriptions are securely processed via Razorpay

Supplier and Transporter commissions are settled manually

We do not store card or payment credentials on our servers

5. Permissions We Request

Permission Purpose

Location Access Fetch nearby suppliers/transporters, live delivery tracking, worksite creation

Notifications Send updates about orders, approvals, earnings, and subscriptions

Phone Calls Enable direct communication between Buyers, Suppliers, Transporters

Camera & Files Upload documents and vehicle photos

Internet Access Ensure full app functionality

You can revoke permissions in your device settings, but some features may be limited.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to:

Provide the Services

Meet legal obligations

Resolve disputes

You can request deletion by contacting us (see below).
